If you wish to join any of the above plans, please speak to the receptionist who will be happy to help.

  • All patients must be assessed as orally fit by the practice before they can join any plan.
  • Payment can be made monthly by direct debit or annually by cheque.
  • If payment is overdue at the time of dental appointment, no benefits will be available.
  • Plans exclude any NHS treatment.
