Complete and submit the following form and our friendly reception team will phone or email to schedule your first appointment. We’ll find a time that works best for you and answer any initial questions you may have about our practice or the registration process. The cost of this appointment is £80, payable at the point of booking.

FIRST VISIT
Arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to ensure ample time to check in. During your first visit, you’ll meet with one of our experienced dentists who will perform a comprehensive examination of your oral health. This may include X-rays, a discussion about your dental goals and treatment options.
TREATMENT PLAN
Following your examination, your dentist will create a customised treatment plan tailored to address any concerns or goals you may have. We’ll take the time to explain each recommended procedure, answer any questions you may have, and work with you to develop a timeline that fits your schedule and budget.
ONGOING CARE:
Maintaining good oral health is a lifelong commitment, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our team will work closely with you to schedule regular check-ups and cleanings, provide preventive care, and address any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
