It is important to me to see the same dentist everytime I have an appointment, this as always been the case at perfect smile, apart from 1 appointment along time ago,and I wasn't happy about that,and upon making my next appointment I asked not to be seen by that dentist again, and since then I haven't, I'm happy with the dentist I see everytime I go there, I do take care of my teeth, but I smoke and drink far too much coffee and my dentist always tries to get me to have a deep clean and polish, but I'm a whimp and always get out of it because it hurts, but she tries on every appointment, I'm very happy with the treatment I receive.
Dentist and nurse always friendly as they are on reception. Dentist very patient and explains everything and puts you at ease. Treatment offered great and always does what is best for you.
I would highly recommend this dental clinic. The staff are always polite and helpful. Dr Silva is very knowledgeable and is good in what she does as are the other dentists and dental staff.
Dentist (Nazia) is very nice, and I had no problem getting an appointment as a private patient. The treatment I have received far exceeds what I was accustomed to on the N.H.S.
Had too wait three weeks for an appointment for a broken tooth I wasn't in pain but had to be careful when eating I have since joined the practice as a private patient when I saw the lovely dentist she made a good job of the repair though its only a temporary
I've had great experience with Perfect Smile Clinic as a private patient. The wait times aren't long, the reception staff are really friendly and helpful, and my dentist is also very friendly and skilled, and makes me feel comfortable at my appointments.
The only dentist I've not worried about attending. They are gentle with teeth and do not hurt and really care. All the staff are friendly including the administration reception team and I am now excited to be completing my invisalign treatment and I am amazed at the results that can be achieved quickly. I highly recommend! I travel 1.5 hr walk to go there sometimes more than once a month for treatment but it's worth it!. I pay for the quarter plan since I've sometime fallen asleep without cleaning my teeth due to busy schedule to ensure they get a proper clean regularly and prevent any plaque build up but they also offer half year treatment plans for those with better daily dental routines!
Wonderful staff. My dentist is wonderful, put my 6 year old at ease and talked through everything in great detail. The hygienist was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable.
Just finished my Invisalign treatment and I am very happy with the results. All the staff are very friendly and professional. My dentist Kristina always advised me of any changes to my treatment and I would gladly recommended Perfect Smile
Been a customer for over 10 years. Always excellent, caring and prompt service, and never had a bad experience. Sad to see no NHS service anymore but I guess I can't blame them in these times
