Hi, I am Sakshi Gautam and part of the clinical and management team at all the three sites of Perfect Smile Clinic.
My background is in commerce and accounts; I qualified as a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 2004. Thereafter, I worked at Deloitte & Touche, Merryll Lynch and Yorkshire Water before committing full time to dentistry in 2011.
Dentistry was a whole new world for me when we purchased Perfect Smile Clinic, Leeds in 2007. Over the years, I have achieved Level 5 Diploma in Dental Practice Management from Institute of Leadership and Management. I have also qualified as a Dental Nurse and obtained further qualifications in Orthodontic Nursing.
I have a keen interest in improvement of oral health of our patients; I have undertaken further training in that direction and I do one to one sessions with patients regarding their oral health. I also enjoy going to local schools and give presentations about oral health.
On the management side, I am involved in the strategic planning and overall regulatory compliance of all the clinics.
In my spare time, I like to read and relax and go for walks with my children.
